Forklift Attachment. The 4,000 lbs Capacity Lift-Master Hook Plate enables any fork truck to maximize safety while lifting a load using chains, cables or ropes. The safety chain and clasp are used to secure the Hook Plate to the fork truck, preventing it from sliding off the end of the forks. Fork openings are 6-1/4"W x 1-3/4"H. The hook plate is constructed of 3/4" hot rolled steel. Consult fork truck owners manual for capacities before purchasing. Specs: overall height 6"; overall width 24". Available in Swivel and Rigid.
