Approach Ramps for Edge-O-Dock levelers are available in 96"Wx12"Lx2"H and 96"Wx24"Lx4"H. Hydraulic Hand Pump Edge-O-Docklevers systems are used to lift the leveler and extend the lip. The lip operator rotates the relief valve allowing the deck to descend down and rest upon the trailer. Unit comes complete with hand pump, wall-mount brackets, cylinder, 15 feet of hydraulic line and oil. The Edge-O-Dock levelers permanently attach to the face of the dock. These are recommended for docks at least 48” high. Concrete recess is not required. Electric Hydraulic Edge-O-Dock Levelers is the easiest to operate. After the truck is backed against the dock, push and hold the control button. The leveler raises and the lip will extend and rest on the truck bed. The unit is operated by a ¾ HP. 11/220V, single phase motor pre-wired to 10V. Unit comes complete with motor, pump, control box, cylinder, lines and oil. The Edge-O-Docklevelers permanently attach to the face of the dock. These are recommended for docks at least 48” high. Concrete recess is not required. Mechanical Edge-O-Dock levelers are operated by placing the actuation handle into the pocket of the inner lip and pulling down toward the floor. The operator then pushes the handle forward until the lip rests on the truck bed. As the trailer departs, the lip retracts behind the bumper face automatically. The Edge-O-Docklevelers permanently attach to the face of the dock. These are recommended for docks at least 48” high. Concrete recess is not required.
