Depending on your specific needs related to the materials that you are using in your factory, there are a number of different barrel heaters available to choose from.  The key difference between the different models is the range of different temperatures that they are capable of heating the barrel up to.  There are generally two different types of barrel heater available, and the main difference between them is the range of different temperatures that they can heat a liquid up to.   Using a 460 Volt Supply, and 4,400 watts, the most powerful units are capable of producing extremely high temperatures up to 550 F, and ensuring that particularly viscous liquids can be thinned enough to be extrtemely thin, and easy to use.

The power for a barrel heater can be supplied from a standard mains supply, and is delivered through a surge protected cable.  The controls for the heater are completely straightforward, and allow for the system to be set to the desired temperature in a matter of just a few seconds.

When using a barrel heater in your workplace, safety should always be one of your main priorities, and despite the various safety procedures that are in place thanks to the design of the heaters, it is still important to make sure that you pay attention to the heat of the unit, and are always aware of the risks involved with any volatile chemical.  It is vitally important that barrel heaters are not used with liquids that create flammable vapors, as the elements can get hot enough to cause the gas to ignite and cause a fire.
