Easy Rack specializes in custom designs for used and new pallet racking so that businesses can get what they most need for the best price and return on investment. Each type of pallet rack we build can offer you different types of features, advantages, and benefits, depending on what industry you work in, how your business model is structured, and the current demands of your respective marketplace.

For example, if you own or operate a warehouse where you have to categorize a large number of pallets according to a wide diversity of individual skus, you probably should consider the very common—and very effective—conventional rack design. It will help you better categorize your inventory by giving you more organize storage space in which to systematically arrange a wide range of sku numbers. The conventional design also makes it very easy to access pallets by fork truck from any position on any aisle, so storage and retrieval is simple, quick, and safe. If you have a very small warehouse, we can build you a conventional-style pallet rack that is double-depth in nature and will allow you to store pallets one in front of the other.

If you run a distribution center that deals with perishable items that can only be stored for short periods of time, you probably need a system built according to the live pallet rack design. This style of pallet racking will allow you to both consolidate storage areas and get products off the rack more quickly without machinery or moving parts. It uses a simple, slightly sloping gravity-incline rack to move pallets forward when the pallet on the first row is removed. This few seconds of saved time eventually adds up to many hours of both product and profit preservation.
If you are in a commercial warehouse that has run out of space, then there are possible three pallet rack designs that can help you, depending on the exact nature of your business and length of turnaround time.

If you are storing large, diverse quantities of homogenous products that are grouped by individual type on separate pallets, and if your turnaround time is slow, then you will need a pallet rack design that uses every square inch of floor space as well as vertical cube space. We recommend the drive-in style storage rack for this, because it requires only one, possibly two, access points for forklifts to enter and exit the racking and retrieve pallets when needed.

If, on the other hand, you have a very similar situation but a HIGH turnaround, you will need a system that uses only one central aisle but still allows you access to all the pallets stored in the rack. This design is called a push-back heavy duty pallet rack because it uses trolleys and rails to slide pallets down toward the center rack when the pallet on the end is retrieved.

Finally, if you are operating a warehouse where you need separate aisles, but still need to adjust pallet racks into position, you need a mobile pallet rack designed with a motorized base that operates electronically either by manual controls or remotely via computer.
