These systems are made from wire decking units that can be used to support loads of up to 24,000 lbs per upright and 6,000 lbs per pair of beams.  Easy Rack manufacturers custom shelving for pallet racks in a variety of mesh and thickness sizes.  Three different types of wire decking are available: waterfall, reverse waterfall, and pop in wire.

Industrial Strength Open Back Custom Built Shelving Units.

Industrial strength warehouse shelves are bolted together from top to bottom using adjustable clips to create a custom built shelving unit that precisely fits the dimensions of your wall, floor space, and vertical cube converted to storage use. 

Industrial strength custom shelves can support up to 2,000 lbs of weight per shelf and are coated with baked enamel and treated with Iron Phosphate for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.

Warehouse Custom Made Closed Back Heavy Duty Metal Shelving.

Warehouse custom built shelving systems are built by Easy Rack using either open-backed or close-backed warehouse shelves.  This gives the system maximum strength for medium duty applications for weight capacitance ranging between 450lbs and 2,000 lbs per shelf.

Easy Rack knows that many of these custom built shelving systems will be sitting near open docks and bay doors and thus be exposed to the elements.  We double coat each system with protective materials including Iron Phosphate and baked on enamel.  This makes your warehouse shelving more impact resistant and more able to resist extremes in climate.

Rivet Widespan Custom Built Industrial Steel Shelving Systems.

Easy Rack builds custom Widespan shelving systems from both single rivet and double rivet units.  Single rivet custom shelves are ideal for light storage requirements of up to 350 lbs.  Easy Rack manufactures custom rivet systems that provide the greatest vertical distance between individual shelves, enabling you to quickly and safely access supplies at will.

Double Rivet custom shelving systems feature can supports as much as 1,850 lbs per individual shelf.  They are the often the best choice for you most heavy-duty storage needs, and they can be designed by Easy Rack to match your exact load capacitance.

Easy Rack can also custom manufacture the shelves with decking material of your choice, or we can supply you with a number of decking material options recommended by your Easy Rack specialist.

Each double rivet lock unit can measure up to 96” wide by 48” deep, providing the building blocks for a larger, interlocking storage system that can handle the heavy-duty storage needs of even the largest factories and manufacturing facilities.
