One of the other important factors in the design of an oil drum storage rack is that it uses the shape of the drum and the weight of the drum to make the whole structure more secure.  Row is stacked upon row, and the racks hold them apart, using the curve of each drum in the stack to support the others, and prevent unwanted movement at any time.  The stack and the number of drums being stored can be varied as required, and the whole solution is completely modular, so you just need to add more racks as your stock increases.
