Uni-Tilt Ergonomic Scissor Lift & Tilt Table

The unique design of the ergonomic scissor lift & tilt tables offers industrial clients efficient material handling, improved worker mobility, and minimized physical strain.  With the use of a uni-tilt lift table, workers do not have to repetitively bend and stretch to unload components from containers.  This helps to both reduce the risk of pulled muscles and herniated disks as well as keeping fatigue at a minimal.  The uni-tilt actually helps to position containers within easy reach of assembly line employees and machine operators, allowing them to quickly retrieve contents and relocate them with a minimum of arm and shoulder movement.  The uni-tilt is one of our most timesaving ergonomic solutions offered by Easy Rack.

There are several types of lift and tilt tables from which procurement specialists and facilities managers may choose.  The single scissor lift and tilt table is one of our more popular uni-tilts.  It features an integrated maintenance lock that prevents accidental slippage.  It also has a pressure plated pump and pressure compensated flow valve to ensure smooth, consistent operation.  The engineering of the uni-tilt’s pump, valve, and oil return system give it multi-functionality on the facility floor. Workers control the unit with a selector pedal that they operate with their feet.  This pedal allows the operator to lift a container while tilting it, or to tilt the container first and then lift it.  The Single Scissor Ergonomic Lift and Tilt Table includes a 2HP AC power unit that features a hand pendant control operating at standard 208-230/460V, 3PH.  This is a stationary unit and works best in locations where multiple workers are handling shipping/receiving orders or product intake, allocation, and storage.  Platform sizes range from 24"x48" to 96"x48".  Load capacity on the largest uni-tilts is 6,000 lbs.

For the same ergonomic efficiency that can be combined when needed with the mobility of a fork truck, Easy Rack also provides industrial clients with the Portable Fork Lift Attachment Tilt & Lift Tables.  Like its stationary counter part, it allows workers to unload containers with a minimum of exertion.  It can also be transported throughout the facility with a fork truck and placed wherever needed.  It features the same basic components and engineering design as the single scissor lift, and it can handle load capacities of up to 4,000 lbs.  Fork pockets measure 8” X 3” , making them compatible with virtually any fork truck.

All tilt and lift units tilt at a maximum 40-degree angle.  This has been determined to be an ideal angle both for worker access to components and to avoid any spilling of components or accidental injuries that could result from a more severe angle.
