Each quiet, lightweight unit is mobile, transportable and positions loads quickly with just a push of a button and features a 9" horizontal load center. Steel quick commercial lifts feature low profile design for maneuvering in narrow aisles and confined spaces. Two swivel and two-swivel locking poly casters keep both the unit and the load stable when going around turns or up narrow corridors. The 24V battery and 110V AC charger keep the unit fully powered and available for use when needed. All steel quick lifts come with a powder coat blue finish to ensure durability and reliable service.
 Industrial Ergonomic Aluminum Quick Lifts
The lightweight and strength capacity of aluminum make it this commercial lift a top of the line, larger-sized alternative to steel lifters. Its fully programmable, state of the art motor controller allows for multiple lift speed adjustments to accommodate the personal physique and personal preferences of each individual worker. This is one of the safest lifters we carry. Lift components are housed in a concealed column, eliminating pinch points and thus protecting workers who may inadvertently get too close to the column. An electromagnetic break and drive screw design do away with the drifting/coasting of load, making elevation a smooth, continuous movement ideal for storing sensitive and fragile supplies and components.
Other key points that make the aluminum quick lift an ideal material handling investment are ergonomic hand controls and greater efficiency in the lifting mechanism itself. The adjustable handle height allows each user to customize the controls to personal hand size and grip. The lifting mechanism features a quiet ball screw design that uses less power per pound to lift, making this lifter virtually maintenance free. Every aluminum quick lift comes with 2 free batteries and an on-board charger that is self-monitoring. Versatile Material Handling Quick-lifts
An economical, DC powered alternative to steel Quick lifts, this lifter has a high service range and four swivel casters to provide great versatility and convenience. It serves as an ideal tool for light industrial or commercial applications. It features durable belt over pulley design to hold loads steady and securely in position. The white, high-density (HDPE) plastic platform is scratch resistant, easy to clean, and retains an attractive appearance. It only takes 18 seconds for the 57" platform to travel from the floor to the storage surface, making the versatile quick lift perfect for small companies with a warehouse being the office facilities, or for light loading in supply rooms for any type of industry. This lifter also works just as effectively outside. Top wheels facilitate loading into a pick-up or van. The Easy Rack tool tray and remote battery charger (included with purchase) are standard to each unit.
 Material Handling Lift Controls
The first is standard push button control for simple lifting/loading to a single, pre-determined elevation. The optional Programmable Height Indexing option allows workers to preset multiple working heights at a touch of a button. For certain DC powered models we also supply a detachable hand control that works wonders with extremely cumbersome or heavy products.
