DC Powered and Manual Scissor Lift Carts

These units give your provide unparalleled ergonomic support when lifting, palletizing, loading, and unloading applications.  Carts are elevated and lowered with a 12V DC powered motor or manual two-speed foot pump.  Units are built with (2) rigid and (2) swivel 4" x 2" phenolic casters with brakes that allow for easy mobility and clean stops without hazard or incident.  DC lift carts also have push button handles that can be removed

Internal power is provided by a DC electric motor that comes with a factory-installed 12V battery.  The electric motor is rated at 1600W and comes with a built in battery charger that operates on 115V of AC power.

You can raise and lower these units with push buttons located on the power units.  Another standard feature is a coil cord with a hand control.  Unauthorized use can be prevented with a key-operated ON/OFF control that is also built into the power unit.  Unit platform is equipped with a perimeter pinch-point guard for OSHA compliance. 

Die Tables

These special lift tables reduce back injuries and minimize cumulative trauma disorders. They are engineered to elevate heavy equipment to dynamic working height.  Each unit is elevated by a manually operated hydraulic foot pump and lift cylinder. Handle height is 41".  Years of reliable service are ensured with all-welded steel construction.  The small size of the unit allows you to use it in close quarters and hard-to-reach locations.  The die table is built with two rigid and two swivel casters that can be fixed in place when necessary with a floor lock. 

Lift and Tilt Carts with Sequence Select

This lift cart features a very unique design that allows you to RAISE and TILT materials to an ergonomic position for maximum posture and comfort.  You can easily and safely lift, lower, and tilt the platform with manual, hydraulic foot pump controls.  You can also control the unit remotely and independently from the tilt sequence by using a manual selector valve

The hinged platform is designed with a six-and-one-half-inch retaining lip.  .  The tilt and lift cart can be moved with two rigid casters and two swivel 5 inch poly-on-steel casters.

Semi-automated models elevate with a foot actuated hydraulic cylinder.  As you lift the table, it automatically tilts to a 45-degree angle.  Containers are held in place by a retainer lip, and the unit features rigid and swivel casters with brakes. 

Traction Drive Electric Hydraulic Lift Carts

The Traction Drive Electric Hydraulic Lift Cart makes it easy and safe to move heavy loads.  A twist style throttle that allows you to put the unit reverse facilitates the maneuverability of this table.  By pushing a button, you can raise and lower the platform.  A 24VDC system with 115VAC on-board charger helps power the unit with maintenance free batteries.  Standard factory-installed features include Standard powered front drive wheels, twist style throttle with reverse, and fully programmable motor controller.
