Easy Rack metal ladders are durable and corrosion resistant.  Both aluminum and steel models are powder coated with high gloss powder.  You can choose from any one of 11 stock colors to match your existing office, warehouse, or factory environment.

Safety features include retractable spring loaded casters that retract when you stand on the steps.  Ladders with 5 steps or more have an additional safety feature called Safelock that keeps steps 5 and up immobile when climbed upon.

Easy Rack metal ladders feature plenty of step room and lots of options when it comes to treads and top step sizes.  To begin, the average step depth is 7 inches deep, with top step depths ranging from 10 inches in smaller models to 30 inches in our largest size.  These steps are super safe to walk on thanks to a wide range of tread options available from the factory.

Office environments have a medium-grade tread that offers plenty of traction but is easy on the soles of shoes.  Industrial applications that need something a bit more rugged can order metal ladders in Grip Strut tread or expanded metal mesh, which is ideal for work boots.  More hazardous operations can get the highest slip resistance with Performa tread.

The number of steps varies per size of the metal ladder and model that you order.  Some of the more advanced models have options ranging from 3-19 steps.  Weight capacities range from 350 pounds to 450 pounds. Climbing angles are 50 degrees on most units, but our aluminum model features a climbing angle of 59 degrees.  Larger units are built with a one and one-quarter inch diameter tubing in the base and vertical back panel.  This makes them extra stable and abuse resistant in high traffic environments.
