Easy Rack customer service reps approach sales on a consultation basis.  This is very important, because many manufacturers, distributors, and warehouses we work with have very unique requirements that take a great deal of customization to accommodate.  To best serve you, we must learn as much as possible about your company and type of business so we can design you a system that truly fits your footprint.  Live representatives will speak with you over the phone first to gather basic information.  If you are a remote client, you can then send us more detailed specifications via fax or email. 

Once we have all the information we need, we will design your system.   Design work is performed in-house by material handling professionals who have been trained to work with advanced 3-D modeling computer programs.  These experts develop your design model, and then double checked it for safety and process flow specifications.   We then share this design with you for your review and approval.  Upon authorization, we will then send the design over to the manufacturer and have them build your system accordingly.  Pallet racks are again inspected thoroughly upon completion of build-out prior to being shipped from the manufacturer directly to your location.

Easy Rack will also work with you directly and on a local basis if you require a pallet rack dealer representative to come to your facility.  We do this on a selective geographic basis at the moment.  In parts of the country where we offer this service, clients can contact our office and schedule an onsite visit from one of our material handling experts.  We will take measurements of your facility in person and then develop your storage system in person.
