Pallet Stacker

The Pallet Stacker is a convenient alternative to a fork lift truck for use in moving either palletized loads or crates around a warehouse or factory. It has a number of advantages over a larger and more complex forklift, although there are also a number of deign limitations that restrict the range of its applications, and mean that it cannot be used as an exact alternative.

Pallet stackers are most commonly used for moving a single pallet from the floor to a workspace, and have all the capacity that you need in order to transport weights up to 4000lb depending on the exact model. They are flexible in use to carry a range of different pallets and crates, and offer simple operation to ensure that all appropriately trained staff are able to use them correctly.

Thanks to their relatively small footprint, these stackers can be easily maneuvered through a tight space, and feature a set of swivel casters and powered wheels to ensure that they can get into the tightest spots as well as being efficient.

Power comes from onboard batteries that can be charged through a standard AC supply, and will give enough charge to perform all the tasks that you ask of them. The key aspect of the design of these models is their low center of gravity and counter balanced weight system. This allows the operator to get a stable lift with little or no risk of the machine tipping when loaded – of course, care should be taken that the stackers are not overloaded, as this will go beyond the design capabilities, and could lead to the stacker becoming unstable.

The pallet stacker has been designed to be as flexible and maneuverable as possible. It can lift a load a maximum of 60 inches into the air, which makes it ideal for raising items for inspection or to be placed onto a work bench for operators to work on them. The stacker is also steady in use, and offers excellent visibility, meaning that even novice operators will quickly be able to use it to move objects around safely and perform relatively complex stacking tasks with ease.
