Removable top is connected to steel container for holding cigarette butts. Top is lockable with padlock (padlock not included). Includes a durable powder coat safety yellow finish. Base plate includes four pre-drilled installation holes. Installation hardware sold separately. Optional dome base to hide installation bolts.
