These units can be bolted from bottom to top with adjustable clips that create shelving systems capable of supporting up to 2,000 pounds of material.  This is often called “box shelving” and allows you to customize (or have Easy Rack customize for you) your steel shelving storage system specific to your floor space and warehouse interior ceiling height.

All Easy Rack steel shelves for warehousing are coated with two protective substances to ensure corrosion free longevity and maximum impact resistance.  Warehouse units are coated with iron phosphate and painted with baked on enamel.  These protective substances see to it that your steel shelves last for years and maintain optimal strength and support capabilities in spite of normal wear and tear.

Warehouse shelves can be purchased as either open-backed versions or close-back versions.  Open-back models offer more rapid access to materials, whereas close-backed models offer more stability, support, and security for sensitive supplies.

Long-Span & Wide-Span Steel Warehouse Shelving (Rivet Rack Shelves)

These workhorses of the material handling arena are designed extra long and are designed to support up to 35,000 pounds of weight.  Like warehouse shelves, they can be connected together using self-locking connector clips that make the assembly of your shelving system easy and time-efficient.

Widespan units are made from 24-guage steel shelving that is finished in baked enamel to preserve structural integrity and lifespan.  The beams feature high strength steel construction that utilizes a two-piece design that increases the unit’s center of gravity, enables it to hold enormous amounts of weight, and helps make it more impact resistant to collision.
