8'x8' Ticket Booth fully assembled at the factory ready to be installed at your location (Booth installation not included). This Ticket Booth only needs to be off loaded and then installed on top of a Slab. The booth comes completely pre assembled. All wiring inside the shack is done. An electrician will need to come out and wire the breaker box in to the existing electric. These booths make excellent guard and ticket booths. Offloading and installation of the booth is NOT included.

The following are the specifications for this pre fabricated ticket booth: Made from 3' insulated panels with a painted cement board exterior and interior, aluminum wiring posts with factory caulked joints. The booth comes with a exterior grade patio roof with a 5' overhang and gutter system already in place. The ceiling is made from a combination 3" steel/foam/steel painted panels which are secured using steel studs. The base frame of this shack is welded steel with fork pockets making it easy to move this unit to a different location if the need arises. The floor is comprised of 3/4" fire-rated plywood under 1/4" underlayment and 1x1 vinyl floor tile. The pre-wired components on this unit include: surface mounted T8 Fixtures, light switches, single and duplex outlets and a 100 AMP breaker box with 15 AMP breakers. The door on this unit is a standard swing door made from Steel with 1/4" tempered glass, stainless steel hinges and a key in knob lock set. The windows on this Guard Shack are made from 1/4" tempered safety glass. Sliding windows and extra electrical outlets can easily be added to this preassembled unit for an additional charge.
