Full featured ergonomic pallet truck

Workers can use Easy Rack ergonomic pallet trucks to move heavy pallet loads without having to rely on a fork truck.  Due to articulating steering wheels and front load rollers, the ergonomic pallet jack requires only 75lbs of pulling force when loaded to capacity.  The sloped and rounded fork nose design allows for quick access to pallets, and the 6 degrees articulation of the wheel assembly allow for loading on uneven floors.

Low Profile and Super Low Profile Pallet Trucks

Low profile pallet jacks can enter a pallet from all four sides and can support a weight of up to 4,000 lbs.  The wide loop control handle on this pallet truck gives you easy fingertip control.  Lubricated bearings provide easy maneuverability for the lifetime of the unit.  The low profile pallet jack also features a hydraulic system with a hard chrome plated pump piston and a suspension system with a heavy-duty thrust bearing.  A rubber cushioned handle makes for easy, more ergonomic steering.

Big Wheel Pallet Truck

The large diameter front wheels of this pallet jack make it safe and easy to move very large loads of up to 4,5000 lbs. over uneven floors.  Capacity is 4,500 lbs.

All Terrain Pallet Truck

The lightweight, sturdy tubular frame evenly distributes up to 2,000 lbs.  Its large wheels allow for movement over a wide range of uneven surfaces such as those found at construction sites, gravel pits and nurseries, and the three position handle, makes it easy to move UP, DOWN and place in NEUTRAL. The optional Tow Bar package allows the All Terrain Pallet Truck to be towed by an ATV or small utility tractor.

Pallet Truck with Scale

The Pallet Truck with Scale allows you to weigh your load on the spot for maximum efficiency.  This model is very user friendly and is suitable for low height lifting and short distance transportation, and you can weigh your load as you are handling it.  The scale can be adjusted to a variety of increments to match the size of your load, and digital filtering offsets motion vibration to ensure accurate readings. 

Ergonomic Pallet Truck

This pallet jack features a pump handle that and power drive accumulator that lifts the load and starts the forward motion of the unit, thus eliminating strain on the shoulders, neck and back. This is an ideal ergonomic solution for employees working long hours and moving heavy loads.

Wheel Nosed Pallet Truck

The Wheel Nosed Pallet Truck is designed to position pallets or skids closely in a row.  The fork end is set back from the front rollers allowing for one pallet pick up at a time.  The unit has a rubber grip handle with a three-lever position for easy operation and maneuvering.  This heavy-duty unit is rated at 5,000 pounds capacity and includes two articulating steering wheels and two front load rollers.  

Sidewinder Pallet Truck

Transport long loads of up to 3,000 pounds down narrow aisles with this heavy-duty. This versatile Pallet Truck retains all the quality workmanship of a standard pallet jack in addition to providing lateral movement. Simply place the forks into the pallet then elevate to approximately seven inches, rotate handle, and lock into place.

Freight Saver Pallet Truck with Scale

This pallet jack provides a quick and economical way to weigh your pallets. Simply load your pallet, raise forks completely, and push the yellow lever with your foot to read weight.

All-terrain pallet truck

This gas-powered all-terrain pallet truck with traction drive system is great for moving heavy loads over rough terrain, features powered fork lift and lower, steel construction in 2000 lbs. or 4000 lbs. weight capacity.

Fully Powered Electric Pallet Truck

One of our most ergonomic units, this fully automated pallet jack runs off a 24V battery and features easy-to-operate throttle for forward and reverse direction.  Unit comes with a battery charger and will operate up to 8 hours when fully charge.  Easy Rack provides electrical pallet trucks in 3,000 pound and 4,500 pound weight capacities.
