Upon gathering all the required information, Easy Rack experts design the system.   This design is done in-house by material handling professionals trained in the use of advanced 3-D modeling computer programs.  These specialists develop the design model and double check for safety and process flow specifications.   The design is then passed back to the client for review and approval.  After it has been authorized, it is sent to the manufacturer for assembly.  Pallet racks are inspected thoroughly upon completion of build-out before they are shipped from the factory directly to the client’s facility.

Easy Rack works directly with certain clients on a selective geographic basis.  In many parts of the country now, clients can contact our headquarters and request an onsite visit from a material handling expert.  This expert will visit the client’s facility and take measurements of your facility in person and use these measurements to then design the storage rack system.
