Easy Rack light poles feature two layers of coating, each applied with a highly specialized, proprietary process that will give you a powerful competitive advantage over your competitors.  Light poles are first cleansed of by products with high-pressured air compressors, then the powder coating finish is applied at a temperature of 3500 degrees to ensure bonding to the metal.  The interior of the pole is then coated with corrosion resistant materials that protect the interior from salt air and industrial airborne by products.   These light poles are ensured with a five-year warranty.  If your clients want the absolute maximum protection and maintenance free investment, you can also propose additional galvanized protection and a ten year warranty to ensure you win the bid against cheaper, inferior grade proposals you may find yourself in a bidding war against.

Easy Rack wants to empower the contractor with multiple lighting pole design options.  Certain features are common to all of our designs to ensure compliance to ASTMA-500 grade C codes.  Pole shafts feature one-piece construction and are made from weldable carbon steel to provide a uniformity of wall thickness regardless of pole height or taper.  Each industrial lighting pole mounts on a hot-rolled carbon steel anchor base engineered to meet minimum yield strength of 36,000 PSI.  This type of base offers a strong competitive advantage over many other base designs, because it actually telescopes the pole shaft and holds it in place with a circumferential welded top and bottom.  Easy Rack includes a hot rolled carbon steel bar, anchor bolts, hex nuts, and two flat washers with every light pole order unless otherwise requested by the contractor.
