IN NO EVENT SHALL EASY RACK OR ANY OF OUR SUPPLIERS BE HELD LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS AND BUSINESS INTERRUPTION), ARISING OUT OF ANY MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION PROCEDURES, USE OF UNLICENSED LABOR OR NON-CERTIFIED ELECTRICIANS, USE OF INAPPROPRIATE OR SECOND GRADE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, ARISING OUT OF OR PERTAINING TO THE USE, INSTALLATION OR MAINTENANCE OF THIS EQUIPMENT.
