Barricades cordon off space between pedestrians and vehicle traffic and help to protect materials, supplies, equipment, and sensitive areas from accidental vehicle collision. Traffic barriers work to direct the flow of cars and trucks into and out of a facility. Overhead barriers protect equipment within buildings, and parking barricades create a portable, convenient, and safe method of regulating vehicle movements during important events. Poly Barricades
Poly traffic barricades are lightweight, portable devices that can be placed in parking lots or entry points in a matter of seconds. In situations where a heavier vehicle barricade is required, poly traffic barricades can be filled with liquid or sand for added weight. Each safety poly barricade features a 4” fill cap and 2” drain and a 520-pound fill weight. The colors of these barricades are ideal for applications where appearance is an issue. A 60-gallon orange model is available through Easy Rack, as well as a 70-gallon gray unit.

Poly safety barricades create excellent displays at municipalities, parks, and amusement centers, and parking areas while providing traffic and crowd control at the same time.

Dock Barricades
This electric hydraulic dock safety barricade represents the next generation of innovative loading dock safety systems. It is built around an ergonomic electric lift that allows for quick and effortless operation. Simple up and down buttons make the unit easy to operate with one-touch convenience.

The dock barricade operates on a robust 1hp motor prewired for 115volts. It features 24volt control as just one of its many quality attributes. This barricade can be installed in a matter of minutes by simply lagging it to the floor and plugging it in.

Easy Rack also sells a mechanical winch version of the dock barricade for facilities where electrical power is either not available, not preferred, or unsafe.

Plastic Chain Barricades
Plastic and chain barricades are portable, lightweight units that are easy to position where needed the most. You can select from either floor-mounted or ground-stake design depending on the application. The chain snaps into position onto post hooks. Each unit includes two hooks per order.

Plastic and chain barricades come in white, yellow, and black colors. Overhead barricades are easy to assemble with snap-together parts. Posts are sold 4 to a box, and the chains are sold in rolls.

Polyethylene Rack Protectors
Rugged polyethylene protectors help protect pallet racks against damage. They are easy for companies to install themselves, and they can be mounted with a quick Velcro mount or concrete lag to the ground hardware included.

Rack Guard with Rubber Bumper Insert
These rack and shelf guards are feature steel manufacture and a rubber bumper insert that fits between the guard and the rack column. The units wrap around the pallet rack column and increase its strength on impact by over 100%. Your order includes 1/2" thick rubber bumper insert and required hardware for self-installing with a wrench or socket. No concrete drilling is required.

Low Profile Rack Guards
Low profile pallet rack guards attach to pallet racks, shelving supports, and wall corners at floor level. All low profile rack guard components are laser cut. These units install in half the time of other guards with two boltholes that help provide excellent protection against damage from fork trucks, pallet trucks and carts.

Structural Rack Guards
Structural rack guards come with or without a rubber bumper. They may be installed in concrete surfaces and feature four mounting holes to provide maximum stability. They provide easy and economical protection against damage to pallet racks and wall corners.

Corner Rack and Shelf Guards
Shelf guards and corner racks help protect busy corners, expensive machinery and personnel with a 90° perpendicular barrier. Easy Rack provides both steel and aluminum units labeled “SAFETY FIRST” as a reminder to personnel of the importance of safety regulations.

Triple elbow guards fits snugly at a 90° bend around the corners of machinery, buildings and offices to provide the ultimate protection against lift trucks or other mobile equipment.

Adjustable Rack Guard
Protect the row ends of tandem pallet racking with this heavy duty, welded steel adjustable rack guard. These rack and shelf guards are made with a slide in design that offers a variable width range of 78" to 108". They come with steel mounting plates with 1" dia. Holes included to help safely secure units to the floor.

Poly Rack Guards
Rack systems are not designed to be struck by forklifts, and even low speed impact can destroy or seriously damage a rack system. Depending on the contents of the rack, this damage may also represent a major occupational health and safety issue. Poly Rack Guards are a new innovation that offers exceptional performance in racking protection. Installation takes just seconds to install by hand. The design incorporates an ingenious spring clip design that enables it to securely grip the column and automatically adjust its width to suit a wide range of column sizes. All other products require an additional attachment system like Velcro, bolts, concrete penetration or additional parts that are prone to breakage.
