8'x8' Modular Office building - included in the price of this modular office kit are the following components which are ready to assemble onsite: Walls, roof, deck, ceiling, electrical panel, light switch roof deck sound enclosure, interior and exterior cove base, steel door with a 24" x 24" door window, a lock set with two keys.

The wall system of this modular inplant office consists of 3" thick walls that are made up of 2" thick polystyrene between 1/2" thick vinyl wrapped in gypsum. The connection post for this inplant office are made from 20 gauge steel which is painted to match the wall color.

You wall color choices are: off white, tan or light gray. All doors come painted black. Custom colors are available for an additional fee upon request.
