Commercial warehouse lighting improves productivity and profits!

I manage a large commercial warehouse facility where we manufacture and refurbish pipe and equipment for the petrochemical industry in Texas City. The guys in the shop have asked me to upgrade the lighting as it is very difficult for them to see to do their work on cloudy days and when we work double shifts. The existing lighting consists of high output 8 foot fluorescent strips over the storage racks and a few high bay fixtures over some of the machines. Can you help me brighten this place up?
