Steel rivet shelves on average are the most cost effective of your commercial shelving options. Rivet racks provide open access from all sides and there are no braces to obstruct storage. Rivet shelves are easy to assemble and adjustable on 1-1/2 centers.

Single or Double Rivet Shelving?

Single Rivet Shelving
350 lbs. capacity per shelf.
Most cost effective commercial steel rivet shelving available. Single rivet shelving is best suited for smaller, lighter loads up to 350 lbs. Single rivet shelving provides greatest vertical distance between shelves for easy access. Rivet lock shelving offers a steel shelf framework that holds decking material, and locks in with a rivet to the posts for easy adjustment.

Double Rivet Shelving
1,850 lbs. per shelf.
Exceptional heavy duty shelving suited for bulky and awkward hand stored materials. Double rivet lock shelving is available in sizes up to 96" wide x 48" deep that store up to 1,850 lbs per shelf.

• Starter rivet shelving units have 4 angle posts, and can stand on their own
• Adder rivet shelving units use 2 Tee Posts which are shared with an adjacent unit.
• Adder units must be attached to an adjacent shelving unit.
• Using starters and adders can be more cost effective than using all starter shelving units.
• Double rivet beams are used on all fours sides of the top and bottom shelves.
• Single rivet beams are used across the front and the back of intermediate shelves only. We can provide you a quotation for units
• Choose to provide your own decking (a good way to save on the freight), or order units with decking from Easy Rack
• Greater than 24" deep with single rivet beams on all four sides of the shelf.
