Triangular Truss Shade Covers

These broad-span structures are designed to provide companies and public areas with the maximum possible amount of shaded, open space.  They are an extremely cost effective means of shading large areas.

Triangular truss style systems are made to be durable and easy to assemble.  Their shade panels attach to its aluminum trusses through springs that allow for easy installation and removal.  Maintenance free application is ensured through aluminum components and galvanized columns.  Base plates are made of steel plates that give extra support and strength to the aluminum frame.

The custom shade panels, made of 63 percent shade factor fabric, attach to trusses by means of stainless steel springs. 

Warren Truss Shade Cover System

Warren truss style shad systems allow for increased column spacing over the conventional pipe frame systems.  This results in a very economical alternative to shading larger expanses. The entire Warren system is designed for maximum flexibility and can be customized to meet applicable building codes or modified to suit individual client needs.

The frame consists of a combination of aluminum trusses, galvanized steel columns, and steel base plates.  The fabric is 63 percent shade factor reinforced along the edges with 2 inch webbing.  Shade panels attach to the structure through one-eighth inch black and white diamond braid polyester lacing cord.

The Enduro Patio Cover

The type of system features a slip fit frame that supports the canopy.   The canopy features an 80 percent shade factor, is UV resistant, and flame retardant.   Side panels attach to the frame through bungee ball straps and provide additional cover for the patio edge.
