1.         Beams are made of high strength steel using two piece construction.

4.         Heavy Duty rivet rack shelving units for product and material storage.

5.         Rated capacities assume the use of F/A Braces.  One F/A for 48", 54", and 60" lengths and three (3) F/A Braces for 69", 72", 84", and 96" lengths.  Level rating capacities are based on the longest beam on the level.

Easy Rack Warrants goods purchased here to be free of defects in materials and workmanship (finish excluded] for a period or one [1] year from date of shipment. This warranty shall not apply in event goods are damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper application, modification or repair by persons not authorized by seller or damaged during shipment.

All implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded. Buyers remedy, if any, for any defective goods shall be limited to a refund by seller or replacement of goods at sellers option, and shall in no event include damages of any kind, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.

No products accepted for return without prior approval. Seller shall have the right to inspect goods claimed to be defective at buyers place of business or require buyer to return the goods to seller for inspection on seller?s premises. Transportation charges are borne by seller only if goods are proven defective under warranty.
