This Semi-Automatic system had a 48" diameter heavy duty steel top non skid tread plate. Maximum load size 76"; Maximum wrapped load height 78"; Maximum film roll diameter 11". Detachable film mast for easy storage. Ergonomic foot pedal control; variable speed motor. Variable tension control. Cushion start, cushion stop.
Easy Rack?s stretch wrap machines are user friendly using a touch-screen control center provides warehouse workers proficient control of the stretch wrapping process. The state of the art digital control circuit allows the stretch wrapping machine operator to set the number of pallet rack rotations and film wrapping patterns. The pallet wrapping operator simply ties off the film stretch rap on the carousel and presses the start button. When the stretch wrap machine has completed the wrapping process, the operator cuts the film wrap and removes the wrapped pallet rack. The 60" round carousel has variable speed, 0-13 rpm, with soft start and stop feature. Photocell sensors automatically adjust to different pallet heights. 20" film wrap can be set to a 240% or 340% pre-stretch with 4 standard multifunction wrapping patterns. Ships knockdown. Some assembly required.
