Easy Rack’s Construction Grade Heavy Duty Self-Dumping Hoppers are constructed of 1/4″ and 3/16″ steel plate to survive the use and abuse of a fast moving construction job. These are not the thin sheet metal self dumping hoppers you find in many commercial businesses but strong long lasting dumping hoppers manufactured for the construction industry.

Ideal for removing broken-up concrete, plaster, brick and other construction refuse. Safety First … these features are standard on all Easy Rack’s Self-Dumping Hoppers.

  1. Hopper Safety Lock – a separate lock prevents the hopper from unintentionally dumping when traveling over rough ground.
  2. Rope Release – permits releasing the latch from the ground or from the operator’s seat. Forklift operator can release the hopper safely even when it is elevated.
  3. Safety Chain and Grab Hook – secures the hopper to the forklift. Ensures the hopper will not slide off the forks when traveling or dumping.

Installing our dump bucket forklift attachment is fast and uncomplicated. The dump bucket simply slips on the forks – no hydraulics needed on the manual model and no modifications required to the forklift.

Self Dump Forklift Attachment Bucket-star-103Optional Hydraulic Self Dumping Hopper/Bucket is handy by providing precise control of the discharge.  Hydraulic flow from the forklift is required and hydraulic control valve is not included.  Often if the forklift is equipped with a hydraulic fork positioner, flow from that valve can be diverted to the bucket cylinder.

Easy Rack’s hydraulic power skid steer augers are intended to transform your skid steer into a heavy-duty drilling device.  Augers are ideal for practically any construction-related drilling application. Skid steer augers can be used to remove dirt from areas that are intended for posts holes, pillars, or utility poles.  They can also drill through concrete, Power hydraulic augers can also drill through earth, concrete, ice, soil, fence post & a post hole digger auger for digging dirt.  Special skid steer duty augers and auger drives can drill through certain strata and densities of solid rock.

Easy Rack skid steer augers  are made for systems operating between 10 and 35 GMP and 2000-3000 PSI.  Skid steer auger drives are planetary units that feature heavier components than competing auger drives.  Our clients have told us that they have always outperformed all other augers in their class, and that they can be used for almost any drilling need if fitted with the correct auger.
